Each organization is at a unique stage in its evolution with respect to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Some organizations may have just begun thinking about diversity and may lack diverse staff or diversity goals. On the other hand, other organizations may be focused on retaining diverse staff. Milestales understands that each organization’s journey is unique, and through our proprietary surveys and/or our use of the Intercultural Development Inventory, Milestales will assess an organization’s needs as it relates to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and will work with an organization in creating a diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging plan that includes diversity goals and action items to enable the organization to achieve said goals.

The action items may consist of training and development, the forming of affinity groups, cultural celebrations, the intensification of diverse recruiting, and much more. Moreover, Milestales will provide organizations with ongoing support and monitoring.
