Some organizations may have just begun thinking about diversity and may lack diverse staff or diversity goals. On the other hand, other organizations may be focused on retaining diverse staff. Milestales understands that each organization’s journey is unique, and through our proprietary surveys and/or our use of the Intercultural Development Inventory, Milestales will assess an organization’s needs as it relates to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and will work with an organization in creating a diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging plan that includes diversity goals and action items to enable the organization to achieve said goals. |
